About Us

Greenleaf Creations is a family-driven venture born from a shared love of creativity and making things. We're a husband-and-wife team: one part artist, one part technologist, and both a little nerdy, who build things we're proud of, from handcrafted paintings and jewelry to apps, games, and web sites.
Inspired by our son, everything we make is guided by the same intention: to be safe, thoughtful, and genuinely useful, whether that's a painting that makes someone feel something, a game a child can play without tricks, or a website a small business can be proud of.
About Stacey

A Life of Change and Discovery
When we moved from California to Sweden in 2018, everything changed - the life I knew, the friends and family I had, the steady job I felt secure in, even the language we spoke. It sounded like a fabulous adventure, and in many ways it was. But it also brought years of depression as I had to reinvent myself: building community, earning a Swedish driver’s license, finding work, and caring for a newborn, two dogs, and a husband who traveled often.
Light and Shadow
Shortly after we arrived, I read When Women Were Birds by Terry Tempest Williams. One line has stayed with me ever since:
“A shadow is never created in darkness. It is born of light. We can be blind to it and blinded by it. Our shadow asks us to look at what we don’t want to see.”
That reflection on shadow and light - the delicate balance between depression and joy, sorrow and beauty - became central to my creative journey. I began writing more, photographing more, and exploring acrylic painting, each medium helping me reconnect with my inner self.
Photography and Painting
Photography has always deepened my appreciation for light, composition, and natural beauty. I especially love capturing people, animals, insects, and mushrooms in their natural settings. Being behind the camera slows me down and invites me to truly observe the world around me.
Painting offers something different: a tactile way to express emotion and intuition, breathing life into the canvas, building texture, and bringing color to feeling.
Finding My Artisan Self
It took nearly forty years to find my artisan self, but now that I have, I’m excited to explore where this creative path will lead. Through my photography, painting, and jewelry, I hope to share a little of that curiosity, joy, and beauty with the world.
About Tim

I’ve been a computer nerd since my parents brought home a Commodore 64 when I was a kid. I still remember typing lines of code from a children’s magazine just to see what I could make the computer do - and I was hooked.
Nearly 30 years later, that same curiosity and love of problem-solving still drives me. I’ve worked in everything from application development and system administration to network wiring and even installing high-speed wireless Internet antennas on cell phone towers. I love the challenge of figuring out how things work - and how to make them work better.
These days I channel that same curiosity into building games kids can actually enjoy, websites businesses can be proud of, and the occasional solution to a problem nobody else wanted to touch.
